What a beautiful origin story of the detective agency. The core theme of this origin story was that despite being all-knowing and full of recklessness, it shows that all Rampo ever wanted was someone to acknowledge him and love him. He was hiding under a guise of bravado, scared like a little child. And it's so beautiful how he and the assassin found each other.

I just love this kind of things in bungou stray dogs where they start a backstory at first and show us that character I loved it because of how odasaku changed dazai and now odasaku is here but is a child

Ranpo calculations was on point great anime ending.

Will be looking forward for ep4.
